  1. With K12 being State and federally funded it is essentially public school online. when you register they will request your transcripts from your current school. At that time your current school will know you are no longer attending. You should be given a K12 counselor/ teacher who will walk you through everything. A truck comes to your home and gives you a computer, books and supplies. You do some work online and some on paper. The website will tell u what to do next like read chapter 2 online then answer the questions on page 4 of the book, etc. They have a very helpful 800 # you can call and they will walk you through all of your questions about enrollment, transferring, and how their program works. Good luck!

  2. I would have your parents contact your school, just so that all the paperwork is done on both sides.  PA has pretty strict education laws, and it's just better to be safe than sorry.  That way, you're not listed as truant or anything like that, simply because a bit of paperwork wasn't completed.

As for the worksheets and stuff, the school will tell you all that info.  It looks like they provide you with a computer if needed, all text and workbooks, other curriculum supplies, etc.  I would think that your evaluated assignments would be sent by internet, simply because it would be a lot easier both for you and for the teacher.  However, PAVCS will give you all the details on that.

    Hope that helps!
