how far will this department go?

thursday 7/8/08 cyfs up lifted 2 children frm mother an caregiver 2 place 2 an half yr old with a 73 yr old great gran and 2 an half mth with 52 yr old person of the street!!!!!! caregiver 40 yr old family member (hu dont meet the departments requirements! what are the requirements?

MY QUESTION IS ? How do you work this out?

I had to go to 8 weeks of classes.  Then they sent people to my house to make sure i had beds and blankets.  I had to pay $1,000 to fence my pool.  Then they checked every month to make sure the kids were fed./

If a child is in an unsafe situation it will be removed and placed with (preferably) family members as a short term solution until the situation can be thoroughly investigated. The safety of children is paramount.
