Cable TV adapater

Question

I bought a Sova about a year ago and have mainly used it as a monitor. Now I have cable, and noticed that the Sova TV requires an adapter to fit into the antenna input on the back of the TV. Does anybody have an extra, or know where I can buy a replacement (I think it may have come in the accessories box, but I don't have it anymore). Thanks.
