Cable and tv...help? 10 POINTS!!!?

There is a cable wire in my room. Can i just hook it up to my tv and watch cable? I currently have cable hooked up in living room and master bedroom please help!

If it's analog cable, then it may be possible, as long as the cable is connected to a splitter that feeds all the house TV outlets.

yes plug it into the tv depending on thecable type ..ususally into the antin

simply hook the cable to your tv's "antenna input terminal" using  an antenna plug.If the signal is weak,then ask your cable operator to install a signal booster in the cable line,for which they should not charge you any thing extra.good luck
