Cable options help!!!?

My Parents like watching all the spanish channels, such as galavision, telefutura, bandamex, mexicanal, mexico 22.. etc, I like watching most of the common English channels such as, MTV, VH1, FX, Food Network, My little brother like to watch the kids channels, such as, cartoon network, disney channel, nickelodean, etc... What cable company offers the cheapest package that will include all of these channels,.. or atleast most of the channels??

You don't usually get a choice between cable companies. There's probably one one cable service available where you live and you're stuck with it unless you want to go satellite or verizon.
