Cable tv won't stay on channel 3?

I have a comcast cable box.The picture won't show and it wont stay on channel 3.It just goes to 4 right after i press 3.The picture comes in as lines scrolling at an angle.I can get one channel and that's it....?What's wrong?Any help please?

Try resetting it. Just unplug it for a few minutes then plug it back in.

It might be you tv try going on your tv menu and select auto tune it will set up all the chanels for your tv, or we if there is a similer thing on got cable menu it could be set to chanel 4
