Cable v-box Audio Description constantly on.?

I got home just now, and the audio description is turned on.

I have been in the menu, and turned it off, but it's STILL ON!! I have tried turning off the v-box, resetting it. and turning it back on. and it's still on.

Can anyone tell me how to turn it off?

  1. It sounds like Virgin Media has accidently switched the streams so the AD track is being broadcast as standard instead of the non-AD. I'd give them a call and discuss it. If you have a VM phone-line you can call 151 which is their "faults" number.

    At least, that's the only explanation I can think of!
