Cable working intermediatly?

I have an HD tv hooked up to an HD cable box in my living room via component cables. The last 2 weeks I have been having a problem, that the TV will randomly will start displaying a "no signal" message and I loose the picture and then will randomly come back on after a few minutes.. The cable company has come twice already to change the cable box yet I'm still having the same problem. They also say the signal I'm recieving is "excellant". If I plug the TV directly into the cable I don't have the problem. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on because the cable company can't seem to figure it out???

  1. have you changed comp inputs.  sometimes an electrical outlet cant handle the voltage needed by an electrical device.  try changing electrical outlets if its within reason.  ad also.  ingress from various ssources can cause damage to digital info over a cable wire meanwhile leaving analog pictures alone.
