Cablevision Cable channels not working with new box?

I just swapped my iO cable box for a new one (visually identical) and only channels like 2, 4 etc. work. all channels in the double/triple digits display this message-"To order (Channel name) service on channel (channel #) please call *866*483*4448*

  1. have to get a new one most likely or have them reprogram it......either way call them asap
