Hola!  New years is big in Los Cabos.  Most of the restaurants and bars have their own celebrations planned.  The resort you are staying at will also have a celebration.  They all do.  Some even do fireworks on the beach.  I usually go to houseparties.  If you want wild and crazy, I would plan to get tickets to CaboWabo, or you could even go for a sunset cruise and party.
