The German international has decided to stay at his current club and insists that he has unfinished business at the side.

manager and the sporting director, the player has decided to stay and prove his mettle.
Cacau admitted that there were several factors that influenced his stay at the club. The player stated that he had conversations with his family, Stuttgart manager Bruno Labbadia and sporting director Fredi Bobic before he made
his decision.
The striker stressed that his current side want him to stay for the next season and have assured him ample playing time in the upcoming campaign.
“The decision to stay with VfB developed over numerous conversations. Many fans have also shown their support for me, saying that they could understand my feeling, but that they would like me to stay here. My time at VfB will continue

The attacker refuted claims that he has had problems with manager Bruno Labbadia. He insisted that certain quotes in the media were misinterpreted and stated that all is well with the manager.
