  1. Take this self help quiz.

Divide your job into 5 major parts.

On a scale of 1,2,4, or 5: rate yourself in each part.

the trick is you only allow yourself 15 points.  And note there are no 3's.  You must rate low in one or more catagories, so start there.

  2. Think about how you respond to the children do you?

Always listen to a child without interrupting or prompting?

Always respond positively to whata child is saying?

Ask open questions so you get more than a one word answer?

Use language appropriate to the children you are speaking to?

    Ensure equal opportunities?

Ensure activities are age and stage of development appropriate?

Use the above to reflect on your attitude and write the answer in the first person. ----I do this when I do that style.--.

  3. Hi!

I am Teacher of Pre-school and I think we don't teach ... Children who learn...

When you meditate about yourself and about your methods, you shouldn't think: "How do I teach this to children?”... You must think: "How children learn this?”...

It's important to evaluate children, but it is also important to evaluate yourself...

When Teacher evaluates himself, increases the possibility of success in process of teaching-learning...

    Well, this is!
