Caches from websites?

Question

What can a person do to make sure and prevent caches from showing up on the internet from websites they posted on, if some things are private and they don't want anyone they know snooping or accidentally running across the banter they posted? You know...how can they cover they ***?

You can't.  There is nothing you can do as the "poster."  The webmaster might do some things to prevent the web crawlers from caching it but even then there is no guarantee.  Good rule of thumb for the Internet, once you post something on a public site... it's public.
