Cadet vs. Constable?

What is the difference between a cadet and a constable?

There can be the normal issue of one who is in training (cadet) to the one who has completed the training, and is now a sworn officer.

OR, here in the US in some states there are Constables who are NOT police officers but are officers of the court, who serve court documents on individuals.

A cadet is just that, a CADET. They are in the process of becoming officers, and are in the learning stages of things.

A constable is a fully trained and sworn peace officer, with full powers of arrest, can carry a weapon, issue citations, the whole nine yards.
