Cadillac heater blower replacement

1996 Cadillac DeVille Concurs. The blower fan for defrost, defog and heat to the passanger compartment Gave up the ghost last week just before the weather turned cold.

How do you remove the blower fan?
I see that tech bulletin 631104 2/96 has a revised heater installation procedure but where can I find a copy?
