Has this happened to anyone?

I though about setting up shop, but some of these stores I can actually copy these shirt designs to my computer effortlessly. So what's to stop a ripoff artist from doing that to me?

  1. You may easily copy and save files from these stes to your computer, but once you try to print them, you will notice a problem. There are different ways that these sites choose to protect your work. Some put the obvious logo across the art, some of the art can be right clicked on but then it saves as a blank image. Most likely all of them are such low resolution that once you print them it comes out all pixelated. Then if someone chooses to copy your image and turn around and sell it as their own, the site will not accept it because of the low resolution.

I have been on (and have many close friends) Redbubble .com for a while and never had a problem. I also use zazzle.com and cafepress.com

When deciding on the site you want to use, make sure to read their policies on protecting art.

    Good luck!
