im a coffee-holic!! i drink 2 large cups at home every morning then on the way to school or work i stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a medium coffee with skim milk and equal then usually get another one in the afternoon...at 23 that cant be good for me. how bad is coffee in terms of affecting weight loss? i dont put sugar and cream in it but i really want to lose weight.. i also heard coffee speeds up your metabolismhow much if my coffee habit affecting my diet? i drink green tea but its not the same :(
