Caffeine --> Feel Itchy ? I drank around 2 energy drinks in 3 hours. ?

I drank 2 energy drinks which is almost 200mg caffeine can that make you feel itchy? It's like I feel the dust on my skin.

I believe its from the niacin in it.It should say on the bottle or shot about this.My skin would get real red and itchy when I would drink them! I believe its safe,though.I read its totally normal.

I had like 7 in 2 hours and 3 were black V's which have even more caffeine than a normal energy drink. I had heart palpations.

Yeah, ive had energy drinks that did that to me. It itches and feels tingly..

The caffeine is definitely affecting your nerves.  Drink a lot of water to flush out your system.
