Caffeine makes me VERY anxious and gives me insomnia over long-ish periods of time, so I try to avoid it as much as possible.
However, I would love to find some sort of energizing drink/food that isn't too expensive. I used to drink vitamin water, which was more refreshing than regular water, but it's REALLY expensive.
I've also drunk Gatorade, because it tastes good, refreshes, and has electrolytes that keep me from crashing. However, I know you're not supposed to have it very often (not sure why).
Anyway, any help with this would be great. I would love to make my mornings less groggy, but if caffeine is the only way out then I guess I'll just stay sleepy ;-)
