Cairo, Egypt questions?

i am an american living and working here in cairo. i am looking for the store that sells alcohol called DRINKS near Ataba, Tahrir, Mohandeseen or Zamelek. ) I dont want any lectures ok, just tell me where the store is please.

Also, with Ramadan coming, i heard it is impolite if i eat in the street or in public during the day...are restarants open during the day or should i plan to pack my lunch for the month? and is it offensive for me to drink a coke in public....?

and what else should i know about etiquette during ramadan?

I can only answer the Ramadan part of ur question.
I tried Ramadan in Cairo before,  I didnt have any problem at all regarding eating or drinking in Public. Actually I always find egyptians very smiley and helpful, Never Ever try to force you to live their way. at night Cairo is beautiful, decorations are evry where. so dont worry, enjoy your life the way you want. No body cares.
