Caked on laundry detergent?

Hello,

I have some dried caked on laundry detergent stuck to the lid of my washer and agitator. It's like cement! How do I get it off?

Wet it with water (spray bottle / rag) - let it sit for a few minutes and it should pop off easier (use a plastic knife/spoon).. You might have to do this a couple of times, depending on how big the lump of detergent is.
