Cakes delivered to Ireland??

I live in Spain, and want to send a small selection of cakes to a realtive in a home in Co. Donegal Eire.She is allergic to flowers, and enjoys a little cake with her tea......any help appreciated.

u mean FLOUR?

you can get rice flour instead of the normal self raising/plain flour. as its gluten free.

as for recipes, try looking on the net

talk to the backery they might have a delivery serice or fine a bakery near where she lives to take it to her.
