Cakes for rats?

im wondering if i could give my rats a cupcake when its their birthday or are their recipes for me to make my own.

i found a carrot pie for small rodents at petco once ...for a dollar! my rats lovvvveeeeeeed it

please dont feed them cake

Nut or banana bread are better, but only a little bit.

I have 2 lol,but I've never tried them because we don't get oatmeal or baby food lol.So anyway-

Recipe no. 1--

Bakery bread

1 tablespoon baby banana food

1 slice of Kraft singles cheese

Cut the bread in half,and put the cheese on top.Then put the baby food on as frosting.

Recipe no. 2--

3 tablespoons oatmeal

1/2 cup wheat noodles

1/2 crumbled crackers

1/2 cup wheat creal

Mix it all together.It will hold for 2 weeks aprox.

I think the second one is more of food than cake,but whatever =]

I hope they like them =] and I think I'll try it myself lol...when we get the stuff :P
