    it is  astrong electrolyte so 1=1+(3-1)*1= 3

    for Tf =4°C osmolarity is 4/1.86=2.151

    osmolarity = 3*molarity

    so molarity = 2.151/3=0.717

    and the mass is 0.717*110.98=79.56g/L
