I'm having trouble completing this chart. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mass of Cart (kg): .399

Mass hanging (kg): .001

Acceleration Measured (m/s2): .025

Applied Fnet (N) (Fnet = mg):

Total Mass (Kg):

Acceleration Calculated (m/s2)

% Error:

I'm mostly having problems finding the Applied Fnet and acceleration so I can't find the % error.

  1. The applied force is mg = (0.001)x9.8 = 0.0098 N.

    Total mass = 0.400 KG

    Acceleration Calculated (m/s2) = 0.0245 m/s2

    % Error = (0.025 - 0.0245)/0.025 x 100% = 2 %
