Calculus help? 10 points!!!?

We're doing a review and I can't remember how to do it...

"Find all solutions of the equation correct to two decimal places using any method:"

(a) x^3 - 9x^2 - 4 = 0

(b) x^2 = sinx

please, how do you do these problems? I need help. Easy 10 points!

you can graph them with a calculator/computer and find where it crosses the x axis

or

you cna solve each algebracly...
