California Airport close to the border?

Question

I'm going to a cousin's wedding in March, it's gonna be in Ensenada, Mexico the nearest airpot over there in the one in tijuana.

Since it would be an international flight its pretty pricey so i was wondering what airport is close to the border in california so we could fly there and then cross the border on land.

I WOULD SAY SAN DIEGO BECAUSE ITS THE NEAREST CITY TO TIJUANA. IF U LAND IN ONTARIO U WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE ABOUT 2 HOURS. AND IF U LAND IN SAN DIEGO U WOULD ONLY HAVE TO DRIVE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. I WOULD EXPECT TIJUANA TO BE CHEAPER THAT DAN DIEGO OR LAX OR ANY OTHER ONE BUT I GUESS NOT. WELL GOOD LUCK. BYE

San diego is about twenty minutes from the border.   You should check on train line to get you to the border if you are going to walk across.  If you are planning to drive across it can take a long time. 1 to 3 hours.  sometimes you can drive right through.

i dont know which airport you're talking about...but the closest could be LAX or that one in Ontario but not sure since you're coming in a intl flight i guess could be San Diego airport as well
