I have taken this test a billion times, and it seems right to me, but I always miss it. I must be retarded. but I NEED THE HELP DESPERATELY.

    "White rectangular signs mean you must obey important rules.

    See the following pages for additional examples.rules"

    This is followed immediately by examples of 23 different "Regulatory Signs"

    So the correct answer is "Laws you must obey"
