Call Of Duty 4 Multiplayer problems.?

Question

When i go into my COD4 multiplayer game and try to find a server nothing happens. i click refrech list and it says "waiting for response from Master Server." I cant join any game because it will not list any game. I have installed the lasted patch (1.7) but nothing helps.

Can someone please help me???
