Call center hold times monitoring application?

I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this, sorry if it is not.

Currently we can only see the longest hold time for a queue, we would like to be able to see the hold time for each call that is currently holding in the queue. Does anybody know of any software I can get to accomplish this? I have searched the web but I am not having much luck.

  1. I assume you bought your call center software from a software company. Surely they have a support line. Surely their software provides this information and it's just a matter of configuring it?
