HI,

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY OUT THERE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS TO INCREASE THE CALLS PER PERSON PER HOUR, in a performance driven communications??

  1. I believe that I hold the record of 114 calls in 1 day.

    Let them work from home and save them 2 hours of driving.


  2. I work in a call center myself. If a call is in Que, answer it, don't wait for you phone to ring, answer other lines. Good luck!
