i have an interview tomorrow so need sum tips?

wat if they ask me how to convience a customer?

wat is call centre and customer is all about?

if i dont have any experience and this is my first job how shall i answer his Question if he asks me that weder i have an experience or not?

plz giv me all information about customer service...

i had never worked in a call centre before i got my current job which is for a bank's call centre.

they basically ask a LOT of questions about customer service. so as long as you've got customer service experience, you should be fine.

i was asked things like:

- name a time you've gone out of your way to provide great customer service (you had to give them the scenario and the outcome)

- name a time when you were very stressed out. what caused the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome.

if you have not had customer service experience as yet though, be honest! just say as yet you have not had any customer service experience as yet but you're very willing and enthusiastic to learn. as long as you show you're keen, then i'm sure they will consider you!
