It should be something like

來看和享受美麗的臺灣島. "Lai kan han xiang sou mei li de Tai Wan dao"

(which is literally "Come see and enjoy the beautiful Taiwan island")

I don't know if you already have some background knowledge of the language, but in Mandarin, there are four major tones. I don't have a way to type the symbols for the tones, so I hope someone else will be able to give you a good pronunciation guide.

Don't use an online translator, because they aren't accurate. They are good for single words, but not for entire sentences.
