Call of Duty 4 1.7 Corrupted File/Memory [81354]?

Question

Each time i connect to a server, i am able to play for about 10 seconds, and then I receive the following message:

Captain Slow PunkBuster kicked player 'Captain Slow' (for 0 minutes) ...RESTRICTION: Corrupted File/Memory [81354]

Can anyone help out? Thank you in advance.

Hi there well it seems this is catching, i have been playing c-o-d
for two years no problem! and today Punkbuster Kicked me off!
with the same message
i have noticed recently a lot of players from france are visting the servers
if they have pirate copys maybe it is that, i don't know
i will do some research and let you know../
