Call of duty 4 Question for xbox 360

i was collectin all of the intel and i noticed that i wasnt gettin the achievment when i got the 15th one or when i got the 30th one so y didnt it happen and is there a way to get the avhievements

btw i was using the cheats as i coleected them that u unlock by collectin them
