can anyone give me tips on call of duty 4 online. like how to be better in search and destroy, team death match, and HQ

In HQ, ask what your teammates are using weapons wise. If two are sniping, then it is probably a good idea to either go with some close quarters weapons like a shotgun or uzi to protect the HQ or a mid range weapon for all around killing joy. And in HQ, lives are useless, don't worry too much about your kill/death ratio, get to the objective and USE YOUR GRENADES!
