Call of duty 4 lag on pc?

Question

i have a brand new laptop xps m1530 it has

intel (r) core tm c2 duo cpu t7500 @ 2.20ghz 2.20 ghz

memory - 3.00 gb

system type- 32 bit operating system

so if there is anything i can do to help with getting the lag to stop idk but i head about getting a graphic card but im not to sure

with that setup all you could do is get a graphics card, and i dont know much about the upgradeability of laptops graphics cards... generally its not very good or even an option in many cases... if your playing online it may be your internet connection also factoring into that... those are the only two thing you could really change seeing as your running on a 32-bit operating system upgrading the memory past 3 gig wont really help you...

i dont know some games lag on my laptop but if chaos theory plays great on my laptop will double agent also play and can u change graphics card on a laptop. please msg me with any answers thanks

andy is right ,the graphics card makes all the difference

i had a core 2 duo ,3 gb ram ,500 gb hard disk pc but i couldn't play any pc game then i bought nvidia 9600gt and now i can play any game that i want

The graphic card makes all the difference, i suggest the nvidia 8600 or 9800 geforce card. cant be your computer as got more than enough power to drive the game so could be your internet connection. but yeah definately need the geforce graphics card
