  1. Yes,call the RSPCA.  I hope the puppy is still alive after that kind of treatment, but you MUST do something!!.

  2. call the RSPCA, if you have footage of what the child was doing then call right away, it is not acceptable there should have been a parent there supervising. what if you don't call and the child does something worse next time and the puppy dies! then you will feel even worse for not saying anything. At least if you call then the rspca and educate the parents or take the pup away, The other thing is what if the pup is hurt, if you call then they can go check it you and make sure it wasn't injured. good luck.

  3. Call RSPCA and Police

  4. Why did you stand and watch, you could have told the child to stop or gone next door and told the parents what was going on.

  5. Call the RSPCA immediately.

  6. Yes definitely call someone no animal deserves to be abused like that and it was very irresponsible for the parents to leave the kid alone with the dog he could have been seriously injured himself by irritating it. People who can't take irresponsibility for their animals don't even deserve to have them because that's how people and animals get hurt or in the animals case killed.

  7. i say call the authorities! that's just barbaric he might be rather young but that doesn't make it right. when children, especially at such a young age, such aggression towards animals it's usually the sign of a developing psychopath. this needs to be taken care of ASAP. you might be 14 years old but you already know what's right and what's wrong and this is wrong. make it right and call the authorities.

  8. defently call the RSPCA and the police this is animal abuse and should not be tolerated, take your  proof and show the people that own the dog and then show the RSPCA, this is classed as a crime and should be treated like one.

  9. Definately call the RSPCA and report the issue.

They'll send an investigator out to check on the puppy, check its living conditions. If there've been previous complaints they might do more.

Animal abuse is dispicable, and worse that research has found that those children who abuse animals are much more likely to be violent adults.

Would it be worth discussing the issues with the parents?

Or if you see it happening again, stick you head over the fence and tell the children that that's not how you treat animals, that you have be gentle etc. They might listen.

  10. Yes call the RSPCA and tell them what you saw.

  11. Definitely call the RSPCA. The people may not even realise what the kid is doing.

I have to suggest though that saying that they are Aboriginal is completely irrelevant. There are plenty of white, black, Asian etc people who are cruel to animals. By pointing out that they are Aboriginal you are just fuelling the stereotype. Please think twice before you do that again. The people are just feral, doesn't matter what race they are.

  12. don't get in a fight with the neighbours:call the SPCA or Humane Society.I'm sorry you had to see this, but its also possible, the little kid gets treated like that, and in return he treats the pup badly?

  13. Definitely call. No one can treat an animal like that.

  14. WHAT!!! and you DIDNT ring the rspca?  Com'on do it , why would you not phone right now! How much more pain does a pup have to bear?  PLEASE PHONE THEM
