How long does the call duration have to be in order for the call to be traced?

Can this be done even if the call is being blocked?

a call can be traced instantly... and it does not matter if the number blocked sending the CID because tracing involves the ANI data which can not be spoofed, or altered, unlike CID data that can be hacked to provide false information...

to trace a call all you need to do is dial *57 after the caller hangs up, but before another call comes in... there may be charges associated with using this feature, and the information will not be directly released to you, instead it will be used for law enforcement purposes against the harassing caller...
