Callaway Golf's Tour ix Ball?

Question

Has anyone tried the

Tour ix ball?Does it give enough spin(compared to HX tour/HX Tour 56) around the greens?Because it is meant to be a distance ball and most distance ball doesnt give much spin.Thanks

The great majority of golfers are not proficient enough to make any golf ball spin whether it be Calloway, Nike,Titleist, Dunlop or Super Whippett. Less than 1/2 of 1% have a swing that is grooved enough to hit ball-turf which is the order of decent that imparts spin on a golf ball. Those who are blessed with that talent can make any make of ball spin.Unfortunately, announcers like Nick Faldo, Gary McCord along with Ledbetter  and other teachers constantly refer to spinning the ball.

I found no difference around the greens as compared to the HX.  It is a smidge longer off the tee, though!
