  1. Have you tried the Callaway pre-owned site.  Otherwise check auction sites or golf stores for used. equipment.

  2. ebay is not necessarily overrated if you know how to use it right.  And ebay has alot more options usually than any local golf shop.  However, i would recommend the used callaway online site.  I have heard of it, but never used it...

  3. i say get the taylormade r7 quad

  4. Robby B,

Okay, here is a crazy suggestion. However, I am a former agronomist, who is now a professional administrator in the golf business and operates all facets of the operations at our resort courses. And no, that doesn't make me special. Some days I think it makes me stupid. But anyhow, if your are looking for a Callaway driver for your school's season, I am going to assume you are on a golf team. If you are on a golf team, then the team has a "home course." If your team has a home course, ask your coach to approach the Director of Golf and see if they have an account with Callaway. If they have an account with Callaway, your coach should ask that Director to contact their Callaway Representative and ask if special pricing can be obtained for members of your golf team. Callaway Golf is a wonderful company, like most of the OEM's out there. It is an avenue worth pursuing, because if you can obtain a new driver at a lower cost, the trade-in or resale of that driver when you decide to move up in technology again, will be greater. In addition, you will also be able to order a custom shaft. Callaway's stock shafts (in my opinion over the years) tend to be a little on the weak side in terms of flexibility and might not be stiff enough for you. Hope this helps.

  5. at this time of the year used equipment is very cheap , callaway does have a used club website which is vert reasonable since you are getting , a real accurate descrition of the club . try local  used sporting goods shops , look in the newspaper , also try kiiji website . avoid e bay you do pay more than value and the condition is always overated . good luck to you . if you do find one , callaway shafts are not good for younger person , reshafting is a very possible option on older model . but well worth it . try e bay as last option . good season to you

  6. Hey, check for local golf shows, those are excellent places to get nice deals of authentic clubs.  I just picked up another FT-5 for just $200.  It was a demo, it was probably only hit a handful of times and looked new and I saved a couple hundred bucks.  Ebay is a great place to get a new stick.  To make sure it is authentic, just ask for a picture of the serial number on the club head.  You can even call Callaway with that number to verify the clubs authenticity.  If you have local small golf shops, not proshops or GG type stores, you may be able to find something nice there too.  Bottom line, if you find a stick you want, and the price is right, buy it!

  7. Ebay.

  8. trademe.co.nz
