Hi I recived my new phone 2 days ago. (Nokia 6500 Classic) when there is an incomming call the screen only comes up as call not a numer or name even if the caller is in my contacts. i would like to no how to get the phone to tell me who is calling and if there not in my contact to show me the number the person is calling from
