Caller ID question?

We're getting a new phone line with Bell Canada for a house I share with a good friend and 2 guys. The phone line is under my friend's name, will it come up with her name on other people's caller ID? is this typically easy to change to something more neutral? Will they let you change it to something other than a name? (example Unit 3 StreetName or something) and is there typically a charge for this? I've only ever seen names in caller IDs or business names, thats why I'm not sure if they'll let you change it from a name...

It will be the name of the perons who's name appears on the bill.  There is no way to change this.
