Heyyy ya'll! 0kay i need some makeup advice-PLZ HELP! Which is better... Liquid Foundation OR Powder Foudatioin?? (by better i mena:::Which one looks THE BEST on girls? Which one covers your spots and pimples better?) Any specific brands? THANKS<3

I think liquid is better to hide acne, buh it causes more acne more then powder foundation.

liquid deff. works better for me. but it all depends on your skin type. if you&#039;re oily,(like me) powder tends to not work out well. it just kinda... goes away. but liquid, if you get the kind for oily skin works great. if you&#039;re dry, the liquid tends to look to heavy on you.

try them both out, if you don&#039;t mind spending a little more money, mac or origins work great. but covergirl has good ones too.

LOVE almay liquid foundation in naked. It covers them SO WELL!!!! it cost abbout $8 at CVS or a dug store, and it works so great. I use it all the time! It doesnt&#039; clog pores!!! if you have dry skin, use liquid. for oily skin, use powder.the makeup that covers up acne the best is mineral foundation. i like the maybelline mineral collection because it has both liquid and powder mineral makeup.

I use mineral fondation (powder) Then i take a little liquid fondation on my zits and blend it in. Im telling you it looks so natural and PURTY

Liquid Foundaiton does becuase you won&#039;t see this dust on your face and it goes on nicer. Just make sure it doesn&#039;t streak and rub it in evenly.

I use covergirl liquid because it takes away shine. its called &quot;clean makeup&quot; and it doesnt look like youre wearing any. it blends really well. I like it more than powder because powder seems to brush off too easily.

1) cause it wont clog your pores

2)its easier for it to not look caked on

liquid would cover best but it will age your face quicker  and you will regret it when your old

for more coverage put a concealer under your powder. i suggest MAC stuido fix concealer.(its about 15 dollars)

also get a mineral powder caues of the whole face aging thing  its a bit more expencive but its worth it

I find liquid gives better coverage. Loreal is a great brand.

To cover a pimple it is better to use a cream concealer. (the ones that come in a stick and solid, not a tube that&#039;s liquid). It will stick better where as liquid is too slippery for a pimple and will slide off it.

Choosing a foundation depends upon your skin type. None is better than another in looks, it&#039;s all in what you prefer. Men aren&#039;t going to notice the difference if your wearing power or liquid...they&#039;ll just notice if it&#039;s caked on. The point of wearing makeup is to make your skin look flawless and that you don&#039;t have makeup on. You should never look like you&#039;re wearing makeup. Guys like a fresh looking face.

I have very fair skin so clinique is a good brand for me. I have had a hard time finding makeup that matches my skin tone.

Okay, well liquid foundation covers up big flaws (like breakouts) a lot better than powder. powder is good for a very light coverage and covering up tiny flaws. what you can do it get a light-medium coverage liquid foundation then finish with a light dust of the powder foundation =]

USE BARE MINERALS. I HAVE HORRIBLE ACNE. I APPLY A MOUSTURISER BEFORE I APPLY IT. DEFINITLY GO TO SOMEWHERE LIKE ULTA OR SEPHORA. HAVE THEM SHOW U HOW TO PUT IT ON AND ALSO HAVE THEM SHOW U THE RITE COLOR. IT WORKS WONDERS. AND IT DOESNT CLOG UR PORES. AND IF YOU GET THE FULL KIT YOU CAN GET THE BRUSHES. I LOVE THE BUKI BRUSH AND THEN THERE IS A SPOT COVERAGE BRUSH THAT GETS EVERY LITTLE FLAW. YOU CAN BUY THESE BRUSHES SEPERETLY THOUGH. IF YOU DONT GET THE KIT. heey well i dont have acne at all but i have pimples from time to time and sometimes they&#039;re sooo embarrassing lol in the most random place and for school or when u go somewhere u just want to cover it and everything but its reallly bad for u! if u have acne and use those or any product it makes ur skin worse once taking it off and just makes it horrible in the future. this is also especially if ur young too because ur skin is most senstive like me im 14 so i wouldnt recommend using them at all. what is mainly recommended is to use nothing at all . they would go away quicker and you wont regret anything in the future :P

trust me i know how you feel but i dont put anything on and i think thats the main reason of why i dont have anything

I would say liquid foundation cover your spots the best and the best liquid one is the oil-free ones. Although I use both powdre and liquid foundation I would reccomend liquid for covering spots and acne. I have this liquid stuff called Hydra Light from Caryl Baker.
