Calling DMV Maryland for out of country appointment

Question

I have been trying to call the MD DMV for months now,to try to schedule an appointment for document review.I never go through.Any tips or any info would be appreciated!

Just go to an MVA express during a weekday and schedual it there.

I live in MD and have limited luck getting through.

What county are you trying to deal with or does it matter??

if it does not matter find one that is in a smaller community and call the local office.

best thing I can thing of That is how I deal with SSA when i have a issue with them.
