Calling On Vonage...?

I just got my vonage set up and working but i want to know if i can call cell phones in the US and Canada.. It says anywhere in us and canada but i didnt know if the included cells.. and is there a plan that you can buy so you can call places in the caribean?

yes, you can call any phone....cell-phones or landline and other VoIP providers.......just make the call to the Caribbean, you will see later on how much Vonage charged you to call on your online call log! Be advices its much cheaper to use any other computer voice calll other then Vonage.  Vonage rates are not cheap!
