Calling South Korea from Canada?

I use Lucky Call 101 888 number to call Germany, but they don't allow calls to South Korea. Does anybody know a good economical way for our exchange student to call home. Our computer isn't set up for calling over the internet.

Ever look into Skype ? You might be able to buy a phone number in South Korea and then it could be a local call to and from !
