Calling abroad?

my girlfriend is in morocco and i am in the uk. i want to find the cheapest way to call her from a landline on her mobile, so that it is me who is paying the cost of the call. any help would be great! thanks

VOIP. Voice over internet protocol is a good choice I think. You will need to get a voip phone that will plug into your computer. I also use a calling card where I dial a toll free number so  I can call most countries.
