If you ride the CTA (the el) alot can you tell me were tower 13 is?

I'm not sure there is one anymore. I know that tower 18 is at Lake and Wells, and tower 12 is at Van Buren and Wabash (NW and SE corners of the loop). All the stations in the loop used to be numbered starting at 8 though.

Adams and Wabash used to be # 13- is that what you're looking for?

I don't think they use those number designations anymore except for 12 & 18 but it could be that they have given a new station/tower a # 13 designation? My best answer would be Adams & Wabash though.
