I am 150 lbs mother of a 3 and 1yr old I already work partime for a church daycare. I work out on a regular basis play softball,ride bike, run, and what ever other physical activity I feel like doing in a day.Before I had my children I worked for my local hospital full time for 5 years packaging,loading, and delivering all types of supplies throughout the hospital.It was very physical work except for for the 5 min drive to the hospital but then moving the 150lb dock plate kinda made up for that! But i loved every minute of it !!! The workout was alsome! and we had no air conditioning in the summer either sweat sweat sweat. That was when I was 19-23 I am now 27.Do you think I can hack it?
